BIOGRAPHY

Isabella Tarasco is an Associate with Avondale Private Capital, supporting strategic capital allocation and risk participation. She previously worked as Investment Manager with Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA), a non-profit delivering Alberta's TIER funding, where, over 7.5 years, she helped allocate over $700M towards projects that improve environmental and economic outcomes in Alberta.

Isabella played a key role in developing investment strategies, business plans, and annual reports as part of her business development responsibilities. Before ERA, she worked with both the provincial and federal governments in climate strategy, intergovernmental, and Indigenous relations.
